How do I change my username or website address

Though there is no way to change your username from within your account, we'd be happy to change your username for you.

Simply use our contact form to send our team an email with the new username you'd like for your account and we can have it done for you as soon as possible (as long as the username isn't already taken, this usually happens in the same day).

Note: Once this username change is made, your old website will no longer be accessible and your new one will be accessed at www.schoolrack.com/[new username]. Also, the username you use to log in to SchoolRack will change.
