Logging in: To log in to your SchoolRack account, visit the SchoolRack homepage and type in your username (or email address) and password in the fields at the top of the page.  Click Login once you have done so, and you will be taken directly to your account Dashboard.

Did you forget your password?: If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password? button and type in your email address on the following page to have a new, temporary password emailed to you.  If you do not receive an email from us within two minutes, be sure to check your spam folder as emails are sometimes incorrectly marked as spam at certain schools.  If you are sure you've checked your inbox and spam folder and haven't received an email from us, be sure to contact us here briefly explaining the problem and we'll be sure to get back to you the same day!  Also, it would help to speak with your IT administrator about the problem to have SchoolRack emails unblocked from your school so follow-up emails also don't get marked as spam!
