Pages and Posts

Page history last edited by SchoolRack 14 years, 9 months ago

Pages & Posts is where you publish the core content of your website.  Each page you create for your website contains posts — posts are where the website content goes.  For example, a page can be titled "English Class" and one of many posts for it could be titled "Week 2 Homework".

  2. Creating your First Page and Post
  3. Editing Pages and Posts
  4. Rearranging Pages and Posts

1. How Pages and Posts are organized on your website

Your website content is organized in Pages and Posts.  You can create multiple pages for your website (e.g., "Period 2 Algebra", "Classroom Rules", etc)

Think of the organization of your website like this:

  • Page 1
    • Post 1
    • Post 2
    • Post 3
  • Page 2
    • Post 1
    • Post 2

An example website could look like:

  • English (Period 1)
    • Class announcements
    • Homework due dates
    • Class project
  • Advanced English (Period 2)
    • Schedule of classes
    • Extra credit project
